Terms of Service
By creating an account or using CeleryRadar (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
Your account
You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials and API keys secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person or organization per account.
Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to: violate any law; infringe anyone's rights; send spam or unsolicited messages through the notification channels; attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data; or send data on behalf of someone else without their knowledge.
Your data
You retain ownership of the task metadata your application sends us. You grant us the rights necessary to store and process it for the purpose of providing the Service. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Plan changes take effect as described at the time of the change (upgrades are prorated immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period). You can cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and there are no refunds for partial periods.
Service availability
We work to keep the Service running reliably, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, and unforeseen incidents can cause downtime. CeleryRadar is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CeleryRadar's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.
Termination
You can close your account at any time by writing an email to [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose a security or abuse risk. On termination, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and notify you by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
